Once registration setup is complete, the admin can proceed with Registration Cost, accessible from the top navigation bar.
Registration Cost configures specific item costs within the registration pricing matrix. Each point can be set as Enabled (green), Disabled (red), or Group Pricing — applying different costs to the group or every 2nd, 3rd, or 4th group member. Configurations are applied by clicking the edit button on each time frame row.
The system pre-populates Attendee Categories and Time Frames (Early Bird, Regular, etc.) from registration setup, letting administrators set different prices by a combination of Attendee Category and Registration Type. Common registration types include Full Registration, Day Registration, and Cancelled — these can be overridden or new types added via "+ Registration Option/Type."
In the matrix, red costs are disabled and green costs are enabled — disabled costs are never displayed to delegates.
